Machine introduction:


1. Types of rubber fiber sheet vulcanizers


(1) Flat vulcanizer (intermittent vulcanization)
Applicable products:

Ordinary rubber sheets (such as anti-slip mats, industrial rubber sheets)

Insulating rubber sheets (for distribution rooms)

Oil-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant rubber sheets

Conductive/antistatic rubber sheets

Composite rubber sheets with fiber reinforcement layers (such as asbestos rubber sheets, canvas-reinforced rubber sheets)


Working principle:

Put the mixed rubber sheet (or fiber-reinforced rubber composite material) into the mold.

High pressure (usually 10-20MPa) is applied through the hydraulic system, and the heating plate provides temperature (140-180℃).

Maintain a certain time (5-30 minutes, depending on the thickness) to complete the vulcanization.


Equipment features:

Can produce a wide range of thicknesses (1mm~50mm).

Suitable for small batch and multi-specification production.

Multi-layer vulcanization table can be added (to improve efficiency).

3. Special requirements for fiber-reinforced rubber sheets
If the rubber sheet contains a fiber-reinforced layer (such as canvas, nylon, polyester fiber or asbestos fiber), pay attention to the following during vulcanization:

Fiber pretreatment: Glue or dip is required to improve adhesion with rubber.

Vulcanization pressure: Higher pressure (15-25MPa) is required to ensure that the rubber penetrates the fiber layer.

Temperature control: Avoid excessively high temperatures that may cause fiber aging (such as nylon fiber temperature resistance ≤180℃).


4. Common Problems and Solutions
